À propos
Organic Trade & Investments (OTI) is a pioneering Ghanaian agribusiness and export trading company, founded in 2017 by Esther Ama Asante. Built on a lean, virtual model, OTI eliminates overhead by operating through its digital office platform, OTIVO, while pre‑financing over 12,000 small‑scale African farmers and cooperatives. Headquartered in Ghana, OTI exports more than 100 products — from shea butter and African black soap to fonio and organic dyes — to over 40 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
OTI’s mission is to promote organic and natural products, protect biodiversity, and empower artisanal producers, while its vision is to encourage healthier consumer choices and strengthen farmer livelihoods. The company is accredited by the Ghana Export Promotion Authority and is a member of the International Trade Centre’s SheTrades Commonwealth initiative.
Governance is anchored in an anticipated dual board structure — supervisory and executive — ensuring oversight, transparency, and strategic direction. OTI thrives on values of people, ethics, quality, consistency, and respect, aligning with six UN Sustainable Development Goals, including gender equality, decent work, and responsible consumption.
Through blockchain‑enabled supply chains and digital innovation, OTI represents Africa’s future in sustainable trade, combining heritage with technology to drive generational wealth and global impact.
