JOB PURPOSE:The Team Leader is responsible for providing effective leadership, coordination, and management of field teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects, proper documentation, and achievement of program objectives.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Implement project activities in a timely manner ensuring good quality action and credible outcomes. * Develop daily and monthly reports on project activities. * Provide leadership and direct supervision of team members to achieve project objectives. * Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work plans according to project timelines. * Ensure proper documentation, filing, and accessibility of all project reports and records. * Monitor team performance, attendance, and compliance with project standards. * Conduct regular meetings with staff for planning, coordination, and problem-solving. * Serve as a focal point for internal and external communication, including follow-up on complaints and issues. * Coordinate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders on administrative and operational matters.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE* Bachelor/Associate degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Child Studies, Literature, or equivalent. * At least three years of professional experience in leading field teams in a humanitarian context in NWS. * Excellent project management skills, including project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.REQUIRED SKILLS:* Good level of expression orally and in writing in Arabic and English. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Microsoft 365 skills, especially Word, Excel, and OneDrive. * Leadership and planning skills. * Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. * Flexibility and ability to work in a team spirit. * Ability to organize time and set priorities.HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested in the position, kindly fill out the form via the link - 19-February-2026.> General Principles > > > Ghiras Al-Nahda Organization upholds the highest standards of integrity and social responsibility.
