Join us to find the way.Purpose:The purpose of this position is to ensure grants are managed in line with Donor Compliance and BRAC Grants and Sub-Grants management policy and procedures. S/He will be responsible for ensuring Donor Compliance, NGOAB compliance, relevant laws, regulations, and BRAC Grants and Sub-grants Management Policies, Finance policies, HR Policies, etc. This role will collaborate with various departments within the organisation, as well as donors, to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.Job Description:* During the proposal development phase, ensure the appropriate donor template and orient about the donor compliance, correct foreign exchange rate is being used, and that the maximum allowable Indirect Cost Rate is included in the budget. * Maintain Project Reporting, closing schedules, and dissemination to ensure Grants Management KPI and lead the process of maintaining GMS. * Coordinate functional reviews of the agreement by the relevant departments, including Legal & Compliance, Safeguarding, Finance, and Facilitate Approvals. * Lead the due Diligence process to select the Sub-grantee/ NGOs. * Support to the program, Safeguarding and fraud team to ensure proper reporting channel and send incident reports and investigation reports to the donors. * Monitor, analyze, and provide guidelines on operational and financial compliance-related issues of support departments for effective internal controls, risk management, and compliance aligned with policies, procedures, and regulations. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with donor requirements, regulations, and laws. * Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs to the compliance focal points, staff members, and other stakeholders. * Act as an audit focal (external and donors spot check) in coordination with the finance team and support in responding to and implementing issues raised from the audit. * Facilitate/ support special investigation in compliance with BRAC’s policy and to ensure the donor’s policy.Safeguarding:* Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation, and team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a critical source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment. * Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. * Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident occurs and encourage others to do so.Educational Requirements:MBA/ Master’s degree in finance/ accounting from any reputed university.Experience Requirement:At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field in donor-funded programme.
