This service contributes to enabling female teachers to perform their teaching duties in comfort and peace of mind, by ensuring a reliable and suitable place to care for their children within the school.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Full childcare (from 0 to 4 years) within the school. * Providing a safe, clean environment, suitable for growth and development. * Continuously monitoring children's physical and psychological safety. * Organizing simplified and age-appropriate play and education activities for children. * Providing support with nutrition, hygiene, changing diapers, and organizing rest times. * Daily communication with mothers (teachers) to inform them of their children's condition and needs. * Adherence to school policies regarding child protection, health and safety.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS* Baccalaureate - Kindergarten Institute At least 1–2 years. * Practical experience in childcare or working with young people. * Knowledge of the stages of child development and the principles of sound care. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and mothers. * Be patient, calm, and able to deal with various daily situations.GENERAL PRINCIPLESBonyan Organization is committed to the highest standards of integrity and social responsibility, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy against sexual exploitation, abuse, and child maltreatment.
