Main Responsibilities:* Supervise the Project Manager, ensuring proper guidance and support. * Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide technical oversight. * Engage directly with donors, preparing and submitting high-quality reports and updates. * Manage program budgets in coordination with the finance team. * Lead cross-functional coordination among different departments (field, finance, MEAL, logistics, HR). * Ensure all program activities align with organizational policies and donor requirements. * Identify risks and provide proactive solutions to improve program outcomes.Qualifications and Requirements:* University degree in International Development, Program Management, or a related field. * At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in program management in the humanitarian sector, with at least 2 years in a coordination or leadership role. * Proven experience in managing multi-sectoral projects and large budgets. * Strong experience in donor reporting and representation. * Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. * Proficiency in both Arabic and English.HOW TO APPLYWe invite all interested candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience to apply via the following link:https://forms.gle/mw24Mg79k741YoWB7We recommend applying as soon as possible, as the Human Resources team will review applications as soon as they are received and contact qualified candidates for interviews on a rolling basis until the vacancy is filled.
