The ATRIUMS project aims to optimize the humanitarian supply chain through theintegration and interoperability of H2H information systems and the implementation ofa digital warehouse management (WMS) and transport management (TMS) solution forthe benefit of the humanitarian community, while offering real-time visibility to partnerNGOs via a web portal (interface).In addition, the project aims to:- Implement a 4PL digital solution to strengthen last-mile logistics management,in line with HI/AL's operating model.- Maximize the efficiency of shared resources management within thehumanitarian logistics ecosystem by optimizing transportation and reducingwarehouse losses and waste.- Improve the planning, traceability, coordination and overall performance ofstorage and transport operations.- Secure and make data reliable.- Study the interoperability of H2H systems to optimize transport and storageoperations: Stockholm/ESUPS , LINK/HI, BISSAP/BIOPORT- Guarantee detailed monitoring of logistics and transport costs, making itpossible to identify and anticipate financial optimization levers.- Improve transparency and accountability, meeting donor requirements andjustifying every supply chain expense.- Strengthen the management and satisfaction of partners by allowing them toaccess key information on their stocks, shipments and logistics requests in realtime.- Meet environmental requirements (CO2, paper reduction, energy consumption).- To position Atlas Logistique as a key player in H2H, by demonstrating its abilityto innovate and structure humanitarian logistics.HOW TO APPLYWe invite you to consult: Call for tenders | HIStepsPublication date of Call for Tenders : 26/03/2026HI receives requests for clarification from Bidders Until : 05/04/2026Answers sent to all candidates : 10/04/2026Deadline for reception of bids : 30/04/2026 5pm UTC+2HI requests clarification from bidders : 11/05/2026Response to requests for clarification : 18/05/2026Demonstration phase if applicable : Mid-june 2026Awarding of contract : End of June 2026Start of contractualization : July 2026
