Job Purpose:* To provide graphic design services that support the organization’s activities and projects, ensuring the production of high-quality visual materials that reflect the organization’s identity and humanitarian mission, including media campaigns, social media content, reports, and printed materials.Duties & Responsibilities:* Design visual materials for campaigns and projects (posters, brochures, banners, presentations, etc.). * Prepare customized designs for social media platforms in line with the organization’s visual identity guidelines. * Develop and implement creative ideas to support media and marketing messages. * Edit and enhance images and videos in terms of lighting, colors, and adding necessary visual elements. * Coordinate with media, advocacy, and campaign teams to ensure designs align with goals and expected deliverables. * Adhere to the organization’s branding guidelines and update them when needed. * Archive and maintain source design files in an organized manner.Qualifications, Skills, and Experience* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * Minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design, preferably within humanitarian organizations or media institutions. * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, with good knowledge of Canva or similar tools. * Knowledge of the basics of designing content for social media platforms. * Ability to create and present innovative ideas in line with the nature of humanitarian work. * Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested in the position, kindly fill out the form via the link - 25-March-2025.> General Principles > > > Ghiras Al-Nahda Organization upholds the highest standards of integrity and social responsibility.
