Qualifications and Education Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.General Work Experience:* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance experience * Experience in NGO financial management preferredTechnical Skills & Knowledge:* Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and grant management. * Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of donor regulations and compliance requirements.Leadership & Soft Skills:* High attention to detail * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Integrity and accountabilityLanguage Requirements:* Fluency in Arabic is required. * Proficiency in English is highly desirable.Abilities:* Financial Management: Ability to plan, monitor, and manage budgets effectively, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and financial performance. * Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and provide practical solutions. * Compliance & Reporting: Ability to ensure adherence to donor regulations and produce timely, accurate financial reports. * Technical Proficiency: Skilled in financial systems and Excel for data management and reporting. * Cash & Resource Management: Ability to manage cash flow, forecasts, and safeguard financial resources. * Coordination: Works effectively with program and procurement teams to ensure financial alignment. * Attention to Detail & Integrity: Maintains high accuracy, accountability, and ethical financial practices.Main Job Purpose:Action For Humanity (AFH) delivers high-impact humanitarian and development programmes in sectors including education, livelihoods, protection, and health.
