Role SummaryThe Finance and Administration Officer will provide Siren’s Team with appropriate finance, and administrative support to effectively implement programme activities.You Will* Processing payments, petty cash, and reimbursements in accordance with internal procedures * Managing records and receipts. * Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions. * Developing an in-depth knowledge of financial and administrative processes. * Supporting the Senior Finance Officer and executives with projects and tasks when required. * Assisting with monthly financial reports and donor documentation. * Assisting in the preparation of budgets. * Managing cash flow and preparing monthly cash flow projections. * Maintaining the Fixed Asset register. * Managing office supplies and inventory records * Maintaining external relationships with service providers to ensure the efficiency of the office systems, supplies, premises and equipment. * Handling logistics and other administrative tasks as required. * Contributing to the organisation of meetings, conferences, events and actions.To Be Successful in The Role You Need* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. * 2 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally for an international NGO. * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls. * Experience in reporting to donors in an NGO environment is an advantage. * Advanced experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). * Fluent in English and Arabic.Competitive Employment ConditionsHOW TO APPLYSiren is an equal opportunity employer.
