JOB PURPOSE:Perform planned MEAL tasks for the vocational training project.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Collect data (needs assessment, for example), and ensure delivering clear, relevant and reliable data. * Ensure implementation of project activities in a manner that does not violate the internal laws of the communities, their customs and traditions, and does not affect the dignity and security of the beneficiary. * Provide periodic reports (daily, weekly and monthly) on data collection activities. * Conducting field visits, individual interviews and FGDs. * Ensure community involvement in GAN activities to increase ownership and understanding. * Receiving complaints, registering them, according to the agreed procedure.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE* High school or higher education. * At least one year of experience working with NGOs. * Knowledge of Core Humanitarian Standards. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Kobo. * Good communication skills.HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested in the position, kindly fill out the form via the link - 25-March-2026.> General Principles > > > Ghiras Al-Nahda Organization upholds the highest standards of integrity and social responsibility.
