The consultancy focuses on facilitating inclusive multi-stakeholder consultation and dialogue sessions across Syria and producing applied research and a policy brief on Syrian-led humanitarian coordination under the new nationally led coordination framework. The assignment combines participatory facilitation, qualitative research, and policy analysis, with a strong emphasis on localisation, civil society cohesion, and accountability.
