In 2024, Action contre la Faim provided aid to more than 26 million people in 57 countries worldwide. www.actioncontrelafaim.orgMission :Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director for Programmes, your mission will be to oversee the management of the Consortium Health, Nutrition, MHPSS and WaSH integrated programme, as well as the management of the Consortium Management Unit (CMU). This role includes managing the grant and partnership, ensuring continuous effective collaboration among partners, coordinating programme development, and ensuring quality programme implementation.The main responsibilities and challenges of the position will be as follows :Manage the Consortium Management UnitEnsure strategic programme developmentManage Consortium and PartnershipEnsure programme quality oversighManage Programme ReportingManage Programme CommunicationEnsure external representation of the ConsortiumYou will manage two staff: The Consortium MEAL Manager and the Consortium Finance Manager.Starting date : 01/07/2026Profile :You hold a Master's degree in social sciences, international development, or related field. An additional or complementary degree in Public Health or related field would be an asset.You have at least 5 years of professional experience in international solidarity, with minimum 3 years of experience in the management of consortium-based humanitarian programmes.You have experience working in the Middle East, and working on Health, Nutrition, MHPSS and/or WaSH integrated programmes, as well as experience working in fluid environments.You master English (written and spoken).Conditions d'emploiFixed term contract under French legislation: 10 monthsMonthly gross salary from 2597 to 2968euros upon experience, including 13th monthReimbursement of the pension insurance for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salaryAnnual salary increase: 6% increase after and each 12 months of continuous contractMonthly per diem and living allowance: 730$ net, field paidMonthly country allowance: 450eurosChild allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000euros/year)Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest houseMedical coverage: ACF covers 100% of the health and repatriation insurance agreement fees, for your medical expenses (as well as your dependents if you have a family post), and up to 1 month after the end of your contract.Salary sustainment measures (sickness, paternity, maternity)Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year, airfare reimbursement with a ceiling to get to the chosen break destination, and 215 euros for each RnR periodAccompaniment and trainingsField trips : Hodeidah, Lahj, Abyan in the South.
